AI agents for architecture, interiors, lighting and av

What an AI agent can do for architecture, interiors, lighting and av

Our own business, Hidden Home Technology, designs cinema rooms, lighting and smart homes. Its AI agent turns architects' plans into room layouts, CAD drawings, cable schedules, budgets and photoreal renders, revised round after round as clients decide. This is the work we know best.

15 jobs an agent can take on

● largely automated, a person checks · ○ a person leads, the agent does the heavy lifting

These come from our map of 1,080 jobs AI agents can already do. It is a starting point, not a complete list.

A real example

Hidden Home Technology: a design-and-install business run with an AI agent. Our working estimate is 4 to 45 hours of skilled work back for every hour Dan spends directing the agent.

Questions

Can it work from architects' drawings?

Yes. It can read plans, extract room sizes and produce drawings, schedules and renders for a designer to check.

What about a walkthrough of an existing room?

From photos, measurements or a video of a space, an agent can build a 3D model you can move around in.
