Hidden Home Technology: a design-and-install business run with an AI agent

Hidden Home Technology designs and installs home cinemas, hi-fi, lighting and smart homes across Bath, Bristol and the Cotswolds. It is Dan's own business, and since May its AI agent, Paige, has worked alongside him on almost everything: the paperwork, the website and the design work itself.

• 404 pieces of work counted between May and October, including about 35 quotes, 56 articles and 114 client emails
• Cinema room layouts, CAD from architects' plans and photoreal 3D renders, revised round after round as clients decide
• Lighting design visualised before a single cable is run
• A 46-page website, 45 articles and a 365-product shop, with the agent writing and updating the content
• Supplier orders, invoices, diary and a full inbox tidy, all with Dan approving anything that leaves the building
