For owners and small teams who want to understand AI, build their own agent and learn how to improve and maintain it. This is a guided education service — not a ready-made product or a done-for-you installation.

Take away references and manageable practice tasks. Try setting up your own agent using the agreed approach and test information. Record what works, where you get stuck and the questions you want to bring back.
02 · Day two
Build, improve and maintain
Continue your build with guidance, or develop the agent you have already started. Practise checking results, improving instructions, managing costs, keeping backups and handling updates. You operate the tools; we explain and coach.
Each day is planned around a three-hour morning, a lunch break and a three-hour afternoon, with short breaks as needed. The days are separated to allow practice; dates, the interval, delivery arrangements and pace are agreed with you. Day two adapts to your progress.
The outcome
More capability in your business. Not another dependency.
The aim is to help you make better use of your time and increase what you can accomplish. You may save costs, or choose to reinvest time and money in doing more. We test value rather than promise a particular saving.
You keep the checklist, reading links, practice tasks and your own operating notes. Your accounts and equipment stay under your control. Software subscriptions, usage charges and any hardware are separate from the training quotation.
No advance study is required. Your quotation sets out the course, participants and practical arrangements. Larger groups and more complex requirements are scoped and quoted individually.

Curious and cautious? That is a good starting point.
Will you build and run the agent for us?
No. We teach you to build, use, improve and maintain your own agent. We guide the setup and troubleshooting while you carry out the steps. Managed operation, a finished installation and ongoing support are not included in this course.
What if I have not finished the setup before day two?
Bring your questions and notes. We continue from where you are. If your first agent is already working, we focus on improving it and extending your skills. A completed business integration is not a condition of attendance or a guaranteed course outcome.
How do we keep control and protect our information?
AI drafts, humans decide. Start with invented test data and a small task, restrict tool permissions, and check important outputs against their sources. We explain how to test approval controls and how to stop. Privacy depends on the exact service, plan and settings — not a slogan.
Do I need to buy a new computer or several subscriptions?
Not automatically. We assess your existing equipment and the proposed approach, then explain what is required, optional and recurring before you choose. Running an agent on a computer and running its model locally have different hardware needs.
Is the goal to replace people?
We start with tasks, not whole jobs: preparing a draft, organising information or supporting a repeatable process. People retain judgement and accountability. Include checking and maintenance time when deciding whether AI is helping.
