AI agents for trades and construction

What an AI agent can do for trades and construction

Most tradespeople did not start a business to do paperwork. Yet quotes, take-offs, variation orders, method statements and chasing invoices eat the evenings. An AI agent can draft all of it from your photos, drawings and voice notes, so you check it and send it rather than starting from a blank page.

15 jobs an agent can take on

● largely automated, a person checks · ○ a person leads, the agent does the heavy lifting

These come from our map of 1,080 jobs AI agents can already do. It is a starting point, not a complete list.

A real example

Perry's All Outdoor Solutions: a trade business that now looks the part online. A website that would usually take an agency weeks, built from a phone full of job photos.

How we help

We do not sell you a black box. Our two-day Build Your Own AI Agent course teaches you to set up, run and improve your own agent, on your own accounts, starting with one useful job from the list above. For larger teams we run workshops shaped around your organisation.

Want this in your business?

Our two-day course shows you how to build, use and improve your own AI agent. No technical background needed, and you own everything you build.

Questions

Can an AI agent price a job?

It can draft the quote: quantities from drawings, materials from your price lists and the wording from your past jobs. You check the numbers and decide the price. Nothing goes to a customer without your OK.

I work from my van. Does this work on a phone?

Yes. Most of our own instructions to agents are voice notes sent from site or the car.

We train businesses across Bath, Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, the Cotswolds and the South West.
